Our Apartment 1 is modern sea view apartment with two bedrooms.
The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower, washing machine, hair dryer.
It also has a cosmetic set and toilet paper that meet the needs of guests for the first few days of their stay.
The Apartment contains a pleasant living room with a sofa that can be folded out and a dining room with a well-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with various utensils and appliances such as a large fridge with freezer, coffee maker and kettle.
From the kitchen you can exit to a smaller balcony at the back of the house that overlooks a quiet street, and there is parking right next to it!
In the living room there is also a TV with various contents such as: IPTV, Netflix and others...
The second room is equipped in the same way as the first, and both rooms have access to a shared balcony with chairs and a table for spending time there.
Each room in this apartment is equipped with air conditioning that cools in the summer, and heating is possible in the winter. In addition, in the winter, we offer our guests an additional portable heater to make sure they won't be cold.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with one double bed and one single bed. It also contains a wardrobe and a desk.
From both rooms you can go out to the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the sea and the Crikvenica Riviera.
On the balcony there are two small tables with two chairs each for pleasant socializing or relaxation!

Unutar cijelog apartmana je odlicna kvaliteta Wi-Fi signala kako bi internet radio besprijekorno.
Nedaleko od apartmana nalazi se super market u kojem mozete pronaci sve sto vam treba!
Balkoni u ovom apartmanu jedini su prostori u kojima je dozvoljeno pusenje.
U sklopu smjestaja je besplatan parking, a na zahtjev se u zajednickom prostoru, odnosno dvoristu moze koristiti plinski rostilj!
Apartman se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji izmedu Crikvenice i Selca, a moze im se prici s Jadranske magistrale te straznje ulice Hruste. Do prve plaze je potrebno svega 5 minuta pjesice, dok je do centra Selca i Crikvenice potrebno svega 15 minuta setnje!
