Our studio apartment is ideal for 2 people.
Excellent for couples and solo travelers.

The apartment has a smaller bathroom with a shower.

The Bathroom is equiped with hairdryer and a heater.
Also there is a cosmetic set and toilte paper for the first few days of the stay in apartment.

Studio apartment contains a double bed with a view of the TV with a various contents such as: IPTV, Netflix...

In apartment you also have wardrobe, desk, armchair...

The apartment also has air conditioning, which cools in the summer, and is used for heating in the winter. In addition to it, we also offer our guests a portable heater during the winter, to be sure there will not be cold.

This studio apartment also has a balcony overlooking a quiet back street.

There is a chairs with little desk and here is a smoking area, making this space ideal for relaxation.

The kitchen is equipped with various utensils and appliances such as a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, oven, induction hob and kettle.

Along with the kitchen, there is a small table for two, making it a dining room in one.

This apartment have everything that one modern accommodation need to have.
Throughout all apartment is excellent Wi-Fi connection quality, so that the internet works flawlessly.
In the nearby from apartment is located super market where you can find anything you need, ecpecially domestic products!

On the apartments balcony's is the only place where smoking is allowed.

There is free parking within the accommodation, and on request a gas grill can be used in a common area , i.e. the yard.

Apartment is located on ideal location between Crikvenica and Selce. You can reach apartments from Adriatic road or from the back street called Hrusta.

To the first beach you need only 5 minutes walk, while the center of Crikvenica and Selce is only 15 minutes walk away!
